Intellectual property and event photos

The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to TuFotoBox or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

The gallery shows photos from real events. If you appear in one and would rather not, write to [email protected] and we will remove it right away.

Privacy policy

What data we process: the data you give us when you contact us through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email (name, phone, email, date and type of event and your message); if you hire us, the data needed to provide the service and issue the invoice; and the photos and videos taken at the event.

Why: to answer your request and send you a quote; to provide the service you hire and deliver the photos; and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

Legal basis: your consent when you send us a request (GDPR art. 6.1.a); the contract or pre-contractual steps when you hire us (art. 6.1.b); and our legal obligations for invoicing (art. 6.1.c).

How long: requests that do not become a booking, up to one year after the last contact; clients, for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods the law requires (up to six years for accounting records). Event photos are kept only as long as needed to deliver them and handle any complaint.

Who receives your data: nobody, unless required by law. We use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (Gmail email) and Meta (WhatsApp, only if you choose to write to us there). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

We only publish event photos on this website or on social media with permission, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Your rights: you can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected] saying which right you want to exercise. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors under 14 may not send us their data without the consent of their parents or guardians.
